DBR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTF6G, ATF1P1, and RNU6-1124P. Each is linked with DBR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBR1-to-partner and partner-to-DBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTF6G grouped by DBR1-low versus DBR1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
