DBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,368 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAPA, ENOPH1, and MDM1_T515. Each is linked with DBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBP-to-partner and partner-to-DBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBP versus NAPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
