DBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,993 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIRREL3, RPS12P18, and H2BC8. Each is linked with DBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBP-to-partner and partner-to-DBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBP versus KIRREL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
