DBN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, ATM, and Collagen-VI. Each is linked with DBN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBN1-to-partner and partner-to-DBN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by DBN1-low versus DBN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
