DBH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DBH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G7, ZCCHC13, and SUPT20HL1. Each is linked with DBH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBH-to-partner and partner-to-DBH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G7 grouped by DBH-low versus DBH-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
