DAZAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAZAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,268 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAZAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, ATF1, and PIP4K2C. Each is linked with DAZAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAZAP2-to-partner and partner-to-DAZAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAZAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAZAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
