DAZAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAZAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAZAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPLX3, PACS2, and MEX3D. Each is linked with DAZAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAZAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DAZAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPLX3 grouped by DAZAP1-low versus DAZAP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAZAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAZAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
