DARS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,797 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRP1, TRIM22, and PRDM8. Each is linked with DARS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DARS2-to-partner and partner-to-DARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DARS2 versus NRP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
