DARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL561P, LINC02509, and TRGJP2. Each is linked with DARS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DARS2-to-partner and partner-to-DARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL561P grouped by DARS2-low versus DARS2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
