DARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY12P, RNU6-758P, and RNU4-13P. Each is linked with DARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DARS1-to-partner and partner-to-DARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY12P grouped by DARS1-low versus DARS1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
