Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DAPP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DAPP1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DAPP1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DAPP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KICH, and DLBC are the cancer types where DAPP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
