DAPK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAPK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCIRG1, CCL20, and NCF2. Each is linked with DAPK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-DAPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAPK2 versus TCIRG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
