DAPK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with DAPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-DAPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p21 grouped by DAPK2-low versus DAPK2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
