Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAP3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,010 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAP3P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA metabolic process, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with DAP3P2 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAP3P2-to-partner and partner-to-DAP3P2 results are reported.
