DAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM59, SLC43A1, and TMEM219. Each is linked with DAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAP-to-partner and partner-to-DAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAP versus TMEM59 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
