DAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P8, IGHV3OR16-13, and MIR6870. Each is linked with DAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAP-to-partner and partner-to-DAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2P8 grouped by DAP-low versus DAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
