DAOA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAOA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 977 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6B1P6, FXNP2, and UBE2F. Each is linked with DAOA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAOA-to-partner and partner-to-DAOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6B1P6 grouped by DAOA-low versus DAOA-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
