DAOA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAOA RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAT1, MYRF, and EPHA7. Each is linked with DAOA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAOA-to-partner and partner-to-DAOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAT1 grouped by DAOA-low versus DAOA-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
