Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DALRD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DALRD3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher DALRD3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DALRD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where DALRD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
