DAGLB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAGLB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAGLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with DAGLB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAGLB-to-partner and partner-to-DAGLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by DAGLB-low versus DAGLB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAGLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAGLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
