DAGLB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAGLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 276 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAGLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, GUCA2A, and PCDH8. Each is linked with DAGLB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAGLB-to-partner and partner-to-DAGLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by DAGLB-low versus DAGLB-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAGLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAGLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
