DACT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DACT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with DACT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACT2-to-partner and partner-to-DACT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by DACT2-low versus DACT2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
