DACT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DACT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-2, CT45A6, and MYL3. Each is linked with DACT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACT2-to-partner and partner-to-DACT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-2 grouped by DACT2-low versus DACT2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
