DACT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DACT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 172 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMG9, BAG1, and HYAL1. Each is linked with DACT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACT1-to-partner and partner-to-DACT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DACT1 versus SMG9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
