DACT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DACT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with DACT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACT1-to-partner and partner-to-DACT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by DACT1-low versus DACT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
