DACH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DACH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,441 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2, RUNX1_T14, and SEC61B. Each is linked with DACH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACH2-to-partner and partner-to-DACH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DACH2 versus MAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
