DACH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DACH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,724 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP4S1, NUBPL, and LINC01479. Each is linked with DACH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACH2-to-partner and partner-to-DACH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DACH2 versus AP4S1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
