Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DACH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,961 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DACH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP31, WFS1, and RPL21P109. Each is linked with DACH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACH1-to-partner and partner-to-DACH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DACH1 versus RPL35AP31 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
