Across TCGA cell cohorts, DACH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,376 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization, SA node cell action potential, and SA node cell to atrial cardiac muscle cell signaling. Each is linked with DACH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACH1-to-partner and partner-to-DACH1 results are reported.
