DACH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DACH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 332 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, COA7, and ZNF669. Each is linked with DACH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACH1-to-partner and partner-to-DACH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTNNA1 grouped by DACH1-low versus DACH1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
