Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DAB2IP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DAB2IP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher DAB2IP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DAB2IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where DAB2IP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
