DAB2IP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAB2IP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAB2IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, PDCD4, and ATM. Each is linked with DAB2IP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB2IP-to-partner and partner-to-DAB2IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LKB1 grouped by DAB2IP-low versus DAB2IP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAB2IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAB2IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
