DAAM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,338 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, SEPTIN4, and TPM1. Each is linked with DAAM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM2-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAAM2 versus PRKG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
