DAAM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,918 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R16B, FMO1, and CDCA8. Each is linked with DAAM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM2-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAAM2 versus PPP1R16B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
