DAAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a, eEF2, and ERCC1. Each is linked with DAAM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM2-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-a grouped by DAAM2-low versus DAAM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
