DAAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 950 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRM, GRSF1, and CENPS. Each is linked with DAAM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM2-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADPRM grouped by DAAM2-low versus DAAM2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
