DAAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,826 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF2, TRIP11, and ARHGAP5. Each is linked with DAAM1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAAM1 versus CPSF2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
