DAAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,499 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2R5E, PPP4R3A, and SYNE2. Each is linked with DAAM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAAM1 versus PPP2R5E in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
