DAAM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,626 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF1, CIITA, and ATP6V1D. Each is linked with DAAM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAAM1 versus SLAMF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
