DAAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with DAAM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by DAAM1-low versus DAAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
