DAAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, MAGEB4, and PAGE4. Each is linked with DAAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAAM1-to-partner and partner-to-DAAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by DAAM1-low versus DAAM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
