Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CZIB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CZIB data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CZIB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CZIB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where CZIB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
