CZIB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CZIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CZIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL140P, GPATCH11, and CLDND2. Each is linked with CZIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CZIB-to-partner and partner-to-CZIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL140P grouped by CZIB-low versus CZIB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CZIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CZIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
