Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYYR1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYYR1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher CYYR1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYYR1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LIHC show a favorable association.

UCS, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CYYR1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
