CYTOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M1, RNU1-29P, and MIR8082. Each is linked with CYTOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTOR-to-partner and partner-to-CYTOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
