Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP417, MIR502, and CYCSP29. Each is linked with CYTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTL1-to-partner and partner-to-CYTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP417 grouped by CYTL1-low versus CYTL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
