CYTH4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Myosin-IIa, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CYTH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH4-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH4 results are reported.
