CYTH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYTH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXI2, DYTN, and HNRNPCL4. Each is linked with CYTH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH4-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXI2 grouped by CYTH4-low versus CYTH4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
