CYTH3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CYTH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH3-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH3 results are reported.
