CYTH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,477 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BICRA, ZNF444, and FIZ1. Each is linked with CYTH2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH2-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYTH2 versus BICRA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
